When we met Paul, there was a certain ease about him that we took to immediately. He was friendly, engaging, and above all knowledgeable. He was knowledgeable about the area, knowledgeable about the real estate process, but above all very knowledgeable about the Veterans process of purchasing a home. We had many questions above and beyond what a "normal home buyer" would ask. The reason being the Veterans Administration had their own set of rules in addition to the set of rules a realty company would have. Paul came in very strong and knew exactly what to do, what questions to ask, and who the contacts would be. There was never a question he could not answer. He would always get back to us and say "I will find out" or "I will follow up." Through these acknowledgements, we knew we were being heard and attended to. We were not just another customer. He made it so easy to pick which listings I wanted to check out and he scheduled visits to happen all on the same day and he knew which would be perfect for me.
